NEW DELHI: Incuspaze, an enterprise managed workspace provider, has leased out over 800 seats to Byju’s at their Ahmedabad & Lucknow centers, the company said in a media release.
Sanjay Choudhary, founder & CEO at Incuspaze said, “Since the pandemic outbreak, companies have been downsizing their headquarters and operating in a hybrid model. While that works for some industries, others are looking at alternate ways to stabilize in-office operations. This is where managed workspaces and flexible spaces offer a sigh of relief to business owners.”
“Changing corporate strategies and increased demand for hybrid workspaces alongside piling cost pressures have led to such changes in administrative operations. Amidst this transformation, evolved enterprises choose to expand to tier 2 and tier 3 cities via managed spaces after analysing employee concentration. This arrangement has proven to be beneficial for both employees and employers,” Choudhary added.
In April 2021, the company had launched over 500 seating capacity centre in Kakkanad, Kochi. The facility was launched in two phases of 300 and 200 seats respectively.
