PUNE: City-based realty firm Gera Developments has announced the launch of its Imperium Gateway commercial project at Nashik Phata in Pimpri Chinchwad, with the firm looking to cash in on its direct interface with the adjacent Bhosari Metro station, having an escalator and foot-overbridge to it.
The firm said it was investing around Rs 540 crore into the project, which is due to be completed by December 2025.
In a statement, Gera Developments said the project would include offices and showroom spaces, as well as spaces for retail, food and beverage outlets, and restaurants, as part of an integrated commercial space with a central open space.
