KANPUR: On the occasion of Holi, KDA launched 333 commercial/ non-residential plots through e-auction in its different schemes. Interested residents of the city may take part in e-auction.
According to KDA, the plots are available in Mahaveer Nagar Extension, Shatabdi Nagar Scheme, Swarn Jayanti Vihar and Bhagirathi-Janhvi Nagar schemes.
Earlier, KDA had sold 1101,101 and 401 residential, non-residential plots through an e-auction. For e-auction, an applicant has to get himself registered at the KDA website
E-auction portal and registration is mandatory. The minimum area of the plot is 24.6 square metre while maximum area is 5500 square. metre.
