Playback singer Sonu Nigam has purchased two commercial offices with a total area of 5,547 sq ft in Mumbai’s Andheri suburb for a total Rs 11.37 crore.
These offices are part of the free-sale component of a redevelopment project on Veera Desai Road in Andheri (west) being undertaken by Saroj Landmark Realty LLP.
The deals for both the offices were registered on March 15, showed the documents accessed through real estate data analytics firm Propstack.
ET’s email query to Nigam and Saroj Landmark Realty LLP remained unanswered.
These offices on the ground and first floor of the under-construction project are spread over 2,767 sq ft and 2,780 sq ft, and the singer has paid consideration of Rs 5.83 crore and Rs 5.54 crore for them, respectively.
