NOIDA: GNIDA launched a commercial plot scheme for 22 plots worth Rs 1,100 crore on Monday. The plots will be utilised for the construction of commercial complexes. The online application for the scheme will be accepted till June 19.

The officials said that once the plots are allotted, it will be convenient for the residents of Greater Noida to purchase daily essentials.

Recently, on the instructions of Ritu Maheshwari, CEO of Greater Noida Authority, the commercial department held a meeting with the investors. Following the demand of the investors, the CEO has given investors the option of paying 60% of in six installments over three years without any bank guarantee.

Plots range from 2,313 square metres to 11,500 square metres. While four are located in Sector 10, five in Sector 12, one in Alpha Commercial Belt, one in Techzone 7, one in Ecotech 12, five in Alpha 2, and five in Delta 2. The plots also have a four-floor area ratio, which will enhance the utility of the area.

Anand Vardhan, ACEO of Greater Noida Authority said that the facility to download the brochure has started from May 29. The last date to register for the scheme is June 19. The last date for submission of the processing fee is June 22 and the last date for submission of documents is June 26.

Allotment of these plots will be done through auction. The bank portal has also been linked to the Greater Noida Authority’s website so that applicants can apply on the Authority’s website as well.
