NEW DELHI: DNR Group and Hines will invest Rs 650 crore to develop project-DNR Altitude on a four-acre commercial site in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru. It is expected to be complete by 2024-end, the company said in a media release.
An initial investment of Rs 200 crore has already been made in the project. DNR Group and Hines entered into a partnership in 2020 to develop the project.
The project with one million sq. ft of built-up area will have a grade-A quality 20-storey office tower, the company said.
